1General Terms & Conditions

999x (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "999x") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 999x and its users ("you", "user", or "member").

999x reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.

2Eligibility & Age

3Account Register

To open an account on 999x, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only one account open. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be cancelled.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 999x Support immediately.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 999x can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Maximum deposit per transaction: BDT 50,000
• Daily withdrawal limit: BDT 1,00,000
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 15 minutes – 24 hours

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed.

If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected, 999x reserves the right to place a hold on any payment or conduct an investigation. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases.

5Bonuses & Promotions

999x regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.

Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For welcome bonuses, this is typically 30x to 50x.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period — generally 7 to 30 days.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus play — the list of qualifying games can be found on the promotions page.
• Breaching bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Free spin bonuses must generally be used within 24 hours.
• 999x reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on 999x are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in cases where 999x decides to void it at its own discretion.

• In Sports Betting, win/loss outcomes are determined based on official results.
• If an event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 999x reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games.
• Slots use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system — all outcomes are independent and unbiased.

In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a match or event, 999x's decision will be considered final. However, for serious complaints, members will have the option to appeal through the support team.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999x:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Playing games using bots, software, or automated systems
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures
• Providing false identity or fraudulent documents
• Use of third-party credit cards or payment accounts

8Account Closure & Suspension

999x may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• KYC Verification Failure
• Suspicious transactions or evidence of fraud
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance can be withdrawn before closure, though this may not apply in cases where the Terms have been violated.

9Responsible Gaming
